You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, scrape, frame, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jomcuci916 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services.

jomcuci916's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jomcuci916 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
